Dear Reader,


I know it's tough getting through situations that are not seen as normal but nothing is normal. Especially your emotions. We are all born with our own incredible identity that we might not fully understand. It’s okay to not have everything figured out yet, but what’s not okay is being embarrassed about who you are.

Sometimes you may feel that various emotional reactions become too big to control. You can’t catch your breath? Have thoughts flooded your brain? You might even feel uncomfortable in social situations or by yourself. Read what I am going to write down out loud.

It is okay to feel this way.

You are not weird. You are just realizing there’s more about you to love. Your mental and emotional health are just as important as your physical health. I made this kit to help you ease some of the stress you feel and guide you to safe methods of expression. Take it one day at a time.
